Mobile Addictions Outreach
Offers street-level, front-line services to the people of Grande Prairie and area who are experiencing homelessness, substance addictions, and mental health issues.
Service provides:
- street-level, front-line services to the people of Grande Prairie and area who are experiencing homelessness, substance addictions, and mental health issues
- 1-on-1 service through referrals and cold calls received from the community
Includes:
- purveying Housing First, Alberta Works, treatment applications, and medical / psychiatric appointments
- access to food, clothing, and transportation
- street outreach
- case management
- referrals and connections to other community supports
- education on addictions, mental health, and harm reduction
- support and advocacy
