WAIT PERIOD
FEES
Service fees:
rent is 30% of gross income for seniors' self-contained housing
rent is 30% of income, or a rental minimum, for affordable housing buildings (Columbus Place and Bishop's Manor)
additional fees include the cost of cable, electricity, parking, phone, and security deposit
