Service provides:

• support to adults with developmental disabilities

Includes:

• Employment Support - support to find and maintain employment; resume writing, job search, job orientations, on the job support and employment follow up
• Community Access Support - assists individuals in the area of well-being, competence, and inclusion through involvement in community settings
• Residential Services - assists individuals to live independently and develop life skills (responsibility of paying bills, cooking, cleaning, and personal care)
• Out-of-Home Respite Services - provides a break for caregivers (paid or family) as the individual typically leaves their home to stay with another family or person for a weekend
• In-Home Respite Services - provides a break for caregivers as a respite provider stays at the individual’s home for the time requested
• Outreach Support - provides support services in which individuals are included in all decision-making and problem solving processes that are required in order to meet the demands of daily living
