Provides day programs for adults with developmental disabilities.
Service offers:
- a variety of day programs for adults with a focus on individual access to community activities and services
Community bridging includes:
- support to individuals to facilitate out-of-home community activities that are based on the individual's likes, interests, and abilities
- a structured alternative to employment, if desired, or supplementing the individual's lifestyle
- personal supports to meet the individual's needs and maximize community participation
Adult respite care includes:
- temporary care and support through short-term, out-of-home stays away from their family, or through providing the family with in-home staff
- opportunities for families to temporarily divest themselves of the daily demands of caring for an adult with disabilities, and contributes to the maintenance of stronger families
RELAX Crew Social Club includes:
- client-directed social, leisure, and recreational activities or experiences
- increased opportunities to develop and expand friendships with other individuals with disabilities who have common interests
