Assists adults with developmental disabilities to live in their home of choice.
Service offers:
options
to help adults with developmental disabilities live as independently as possible in their homes and in the communities in which they want to live
Includes:
24-hour support so individuals can live in their own homes or
in
a home owned by the organization
a Supported Independent Living program for individuals who do not require 24-hour support
respite support for the families and primary caregivers of individuals with a developmental disability
