Service provides:

• individualized assistance and needs-based planning to define meaningful goals, create action plans, and access a wide range of supports

Includes:

• life skills support, including activities of daily living (ADLs)
• help accessing basic needs, such as food and clothing
• help accessing financial and income support, such as Assured Income for the Severely Handicapped (AISH) and Alberta Aids to Daily Living (AADL)
• employment-related supports and referrals, such as resume creation, interview skills, and job searching
• help addressing and navigating educational goals and needs, including education support for family members
• help acquiring official identification, such as driver's licence, health card, and social insurance number (SIN)
• support locating and applying for housing
• help accessing health supports, such as locating physicians and other health professionals
• referrals for mental health and addictions support
• advocacy
• cultural connections support and referrals
