The service provides a benefit to help eligible parents and caregivers who do not have access to private dental insurance pay for dental care for their child.
Service provides:
- a benefit intended to help cover dental costs for eligible parents and / or caregivers who pay for dental care for their child and do not have access to a private dental insurance plan
- payments up to $650.00 per child, per benefit period, for families with an adjusted net income under $90,000 per year (maximum of 2 payments per child)
Payment amounts per benefit period include:
- $650.00 for each eligible child if the family’s adjusted net income is under $70,000
- $390.00 for each eligible child, if the family’s adjusted net income is between $70,000.00 and $79,999
- $260.00 for each eligible child, if the family’s adjusted net income is between $80,000 and $89,999
NOTE: If an eligible child's dental costs are fully paid for by another government program with no direct cost to you, those services do not qualify for this benefit. Check your child's eligibility for other programs before you apply.
