Provides assistance to families who, because of their income, cannot obtain adequate accommodation at the current market rate.
Service provides:
- affordable housing for individuals and families with low income
- rent geared to 30 per cent of gross monthly income
Housing is allocated based on need according to government regulations. Priority is given to families with dependent children living in poor or overcrowded housing conditions or paying a high percentage of their income for rent.
