The hourly rate has a minimum of 4 hours to a maximum of 6 hours and is used for shorter functions or as preparation / clean-up hours for longer daily rentals.

Special rates are also available for groups affiliated with the arts and are reviewed on an annual basis.
Special daily rate available with a security deposit of $175.00.
