Provides wrap-around services for at-risk students to support them in their educational journey toward high school graduation.
Service provides:
support for children and youth by providing a range of coordinated services to students and families
Includes:
Success Coaches – dedicated staff members for students to turn to when they are struggling to maintain focus and participate in class
Mental Health Therapists – therapists on-site to work with students or parents who require more support
Roots and Wings – in-home family support to prevent family breakdown or child mistreatment
nutritious food programming
programming after school and during school breaks
mentoring of youth via a caring adult who spends regular time supporting their mentee

children and youth from Kindergarten through Grade 12
who attend one of the five participating schools (Abbott Elementary, Delton Elementary, Eastglen High School, Ivor Dent Elementary / Junior High, John A McDougall Elementary, Norwood Elementary, Spruce Avenue Junior High, St. Alphonsus Elementary / Junior High)
