Offers 1-on-1 support, group support, and outreach activities, in-person and by phone, to people living with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) or other sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections, including hepatitis c and syphilis.

- sexually transmitted and blood-borne infection (STBBI) testing and treatment
- needle exchange services
- services through partner agencies / organizations (doctors, sex work supports, harm reduction supplies, self-testing kits)
- 1-on-1 appointments with an Indigenous Elder
Programs and peer activities include:
- grocery gift cards, hygiene products
- community garden
- paint and create
- collective kitchen
- summer barbecue (BBQ)
