a 4-week program for youth between the ages 15 and 24 and their parents/caregivers who may be experiencing suicidal ideation or who have had a history of suicidal attempts
knowledge of crisis survival strategies, grounding techniques, emotional literacy
knowledge of accessing and utilizing social supports, identifying early warning signs, creating a safety plan
