This central access referral service provides a single point of entry for pediatric patients and their families who require asthma education appointments.
In person and virtual asthma education appointments for children and their families with mild to moderate asthma that includes a customized Asthma Action Plan for every patient. A breathing exercise (simple spirometry) for patients 6+ years of age will be scheduled as required.
