Priority is decided based on a points system in the Social Housing Accommodation Regulation. The higher points applicant has, the higher their priority is. If an applicant's information changes at any time, contact Lethbridge and Regional Community Housing Corporation - this may impact applicant's point score.
This program is governed by the Government of Alberta's Rent Supplement Regulation and Social Housing Accommodation Regulation.
Clients pay a percent of the household income for rent.
