- practice staying balanced on paddle boards while engaging in a core heavy routine
- a challenging and refreshing practice
Introduction to SUP Fitness class includes:
- introduction to the basics of both SUP and SUP Fitness
- practice on how to move on a board as well as use different and essential techniques
- instruction based on the principle of proprioception and functional fitness training that will take you through a series of exercises and poses without leaving the board
