Housing with Supports Program Development and Funding
Provides a leading role in coordinating a system of agencies and programs and connecting them to the people who need them, including distributing and managing funding to support uniquely tailored housing programs to ensure the right supports are available to lift people out of homelessness and into their own home.
Service offers:
- place-based housing with supports to meet the needs of Calgarians experiencing, or at risk of homelessness
- diversion programs with homeless shelters
- youth and Indigenous homelessness programs
- community awareness, consultation, and collaboration with homeless-serving agencies in Calgary
