Provides a community, health, social, mental health or government organization/services in the province of Alberta;
Are publicly funded and/or not-for-profit: includes professional organizations, self-help groups, community and/or religious groups offering services to a population other than their own members, for-profit organizations/services with contractual agreements to provide publicly funded services.
