Addiction: Aboriginal Specific Programming Locations
Culturally based Aboriginal programs and services for addiction that receive funding from Alberta Health Services are located in several communities throughout Alberta. Most programs welcome people of all cultural backgrounds.
Services include outpatient treatment, crisis services, short-term and long-term residential treatment, priority access for pregnant women, information, prevention, community education and addictions-related training programs.
