Preconception and Pregnancy
These programs provide support to pregnant women and families to promote healthy growth and development of infants and toddlers.
Overall, these programs provide:
a) education and support to pregnant women, parents and/or caregivers;
b) help when needed for referral to other community resources, programs and services;
c) prenatal and postnatal screening, immunizations, health assessments and nursing care.
