Provides services to families in need of support and / or information to improve family functioning and well-being by working together with families, agencies, and the community.

- Early Learning Tool Kit - free toolkit for families with children 2 to 4 years and reside in Thorhild County, Westlock County, Flatbush, and Chisholm
- Parenting Your Teen and Preteen - discussion group on finding balance when raising teens and preteens and supporting youth in developing into resilient adults
- Parent / Child Morning Play Groups - drop-in interactive playtime for parents and children
- Triple P Positive Parenting Program - program to strengthen parenting knowledge, skills, and confidence
- Ages and Stages Developmental Screenings (ASQ) - parent-completed screening tool for children between 2 and 60 months of age
- Resource Library - books and videos that are available to borrow
