- or have a child 6 years and younger
- with positive for risk factors identified on their eligibility screen
Best Babies program targeted to:
- parents / caregivers
- who are expecting a child
- or have a child 9 months and younger
- with positive for risk factors identified on their eligibility screen
Bridges program targeted to:
- parents / caregivers
- who are expecting a child
- who have infants, children, and / or youth 17 years and younger (with particular focus on families who have children 7 years and older)
- who may need targeted and intensive supports based on identified risk factors
