All Meridian Housing Foundation properties are pet-free. Pets are not allowed in any Meridian Housing Foundation buildings. Visiting pets are welcome but long-term / overnight visits are not allowed.
To access service:
Security deposit $300.00; monthly rent is 30 per cent of income and capped at $915.00 (Foster Manor in Wabamun is capped at $675.00). Some buildings have additional fees that may include electricity, parking, and bulk cable fees.
