Equinox Connection Group Home
Provides intensive group care services for adolescents who are displaying behavioural, psychological, neurobiological, or emotional problems.
Service offers:
- intensive group care services for a period of up to 12 months for adolescents who are displaying intensive behavioural, psychological, neurobiological, or emotional problems
Includes:
- a safe, nurturing environment
- addressing the need for safety, sense of belonging, healthy relationships, and personal and educational development
- addressing complex trauma needs and development skills that support each youth's resilience
- supporting youth in developing and maintaining stable connections with their families and the community
