The Foundation is a charitable organization established to coordinate, utilize and manage donated funds.
The St. Paul & District Hospital Foundation was formally established in December 1990. Donated funds are managed by a board of trustees and are used to pay for equipment and programs (e.g. diagnostic services) not covered by public funds, enhancing and maintaining care for the people of the community and surrounding area.
