HOURS OF OPERATION
ELIGIBILITY
Service targeted to:
18 years and older
who are Naturalized Canadian citizens (people who were born outside of Canada and became citizens later), permanent residents, protected persons under the Canadian Refugee and Protection Act who can legally work in Canada, and Ukrainian newcomers (registered under the Canada-Ukraine authorization for emergency travel (CUAET))
with a Canadian Langage Benchmark (CLB) level of 4 or higher
and who have some college or university education and / or related work experience in their field or chosen career
