Provides parenting courses on topics relevant to the personal growth of parents and the different ages and stages of childhood.
Service offers:
Baby's First Year: 6 week class discussing family and postpartum adjustments, and useful information about the first year
Parent Education: 12 week course to help parents learn about the emotional, mental and relational needs of their child
Fatherhood Program: 5 week course providing practical parenting tools to men
Dad Lab: online, confidential discussion groups to support fathers as as they navigate their role as dad
Mom Life: confidential, online discussion groups to support women in their role as mom
Financial Literacy: 4 module course that discusses personal finances
LENA Start: 10 week early literacy program for children ages 0 to 3 years
Parenting Together in Canada: a discussion-based program for immigrant parents and caregivers to talk about the challenges and triumphs of raising a family in Canada. Mothering Together in Canada and Fathering Together in Canada programs also available
