- home service delivery of library materials to customers unable to visit a library branch for 3 or more months
- a book cart service provided regularly to most extended care facilities and seniors' lodges throughout the city
- assistive materials such as large print books, Digital Accessible Information System (DAISY) books, and children's braille books
- descriptive videos / DVDs
- assistive technologies such as hand-held magnifiers, Library Equal Access Program (LEAP) computer workstations, and more
