Provides diagnostic and clinical research services for pediatric patients.
Offers diagnostic and clinical research services, including:
- assisting with and performing tests and procedures
- starting IV (intravenous) and collecting blood and other specimens
- giving medications
- providing laboratory, pharmacy, and imaging services
- assisting with clinical research protocols and procedures
- providing access to all hospital emergency services (e.g. Pediatric Rapid Response and Code Teams)
- holding clinical trials with the Northern Alberta Clinical Trials and Research Center (support services include Clinical Trials Laboratory and pharmacy services)
