- free, temporary sanctuary for companion animals while their owners are experiencing life transitions such as domestic violence, substance use treatment, military respite, medical respite, or disaster relief
Includes:
- the free spaying or neutering of pets who have not yet had the procedure at the time of placement
- covering the costs of feed, supplies, training, and emergency veterinary care
- updates and photos of your pet as you request via e-mail - no visits allowed
The maximum length of stay is 2 months, with the exception of members of the military who may require a longer length of assistance due to deployment.
