Service offers:
programming for men and women who have been affected by family violence, or who are curious about the topic of family violence and may want help managing their emotions in stressful situations
Includes:
programs twice per year, from September to December and from January to April
topics such as education around family violence, warning signs, types of abuse, the cycle of abuse, power, control and intent in regards to family violence, managing anxiety, and managing anger
strategies and therapeutic techniques to enable people to better deal with stressful situations
free counselling while in the program
access to a wide range of resources
