Contact care provider to arrange for an assessment to determine eligibility. If you qualify after your AHS-funded assessment, AHS will cover the cost of up to 6 treatments in 1 year, from April 1 to March 31.
If you require additional treatments, they may be covered by other health benefits such as Blue Cross or other health benefits providers. If you have no other coverage available, your PT may be able to apply for a review of your case to see if more treatments can be provided.
If more treatments are not approved, clients are responsible for paying for additional treatment sessions.
