Rheumatoid Arthritis Group Management Program - "Managing Your RA"
Sessions include presentations, group participation and discussion, and individual treatment with an Arthritis Care Team physical therapist and occupational therapist.

The Arthritis Care Team will meet with you for an individual assessment prior to the group program, and an individual follow-up will be arranged for 2 months after attending the program.
