Provides after school programs connecting high school students to seniors to foster positive child and youth development initiatives and increase social connectivity between generations while creating vibrant communities.

opportunity for high school students to receive support from seniors who model positive and responsible behaviour
opportunity for seniors to find useful roles in the community and develop friendships through positive interactions and activities with students

seniors residing in care facilities
HOW TO ACCESS THIS SERVICE
To access service:
register at partner schools in late September and early October of each school year
attend information sessions to apply for the program
