Also contains sub-directories for location specific addiction programming for specific populations or topics including females, males, aboriginal and gambling.
Culturally based Aboriginal programs and services for addiction that receive funding from Alberta Health Services are located in several communities throughout Alberta. Most programs welcome people of all cultural backgrounds.
Services include outpatient treatment, crisis services, short-term and long-term residential treatment, priority access for pregnant women, information, prevention, community education and addictions-related training programs.
Adult Addiction Services including individual counselling, residential, detoxification, shelters, ODP and education.
These locations offer addiction services with female specific programming. Some facilities are women only while others are co-ed with women specific programs.
These locations offer addiction services with programming specific to gambling addiction. Services may include gambling addiction treatment or educational services.
These locations offer addiction services with male specific programming. Some facilities are men only while others are co-ed with male specific programs.
Youth Addiction Services including individual counselling, residential, detoxification, and education.
