Strengthening Families of Multi-risk Youth
The vision of the project is for multi-risk youth aged 15-24 and their families to encounter a unified response to their needs with no gaps in program, service, or policy. The youth and families targeted in this project face multiple risks including addictions, homelessness, mental illness and distresssed families.
